1. Identification of the Service Provider

Legal representative: Maria Garcia, Managing Director. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" dated 06.10.2015 No. 675-VIII, Article 12, these identification details are published permanently on the website before any user places an order.

2. Nature of Services — Agency Status

synaptixworld.com operates as a travel agent, not a tour operator. We arrange travel services (accommodation, transport, insurance and related services) on behalf of third-party suppliers. We are not the organizer of package tours unless expressly stated in a specific offer. Where services are provided under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" dated 15.09.2003 No. 1281-IV, Articles 8 and 20, and the Law of Ukraine dated 25.02.2021 on tour operator and travel agent activity, our obligations are limited to intermediary services performed with due care. Since 2021, tour operators are entered into the state register of tour operators; we do not hold a tour operator license, as licensing was abolished.

3. Public Offer and Conclusion of Contracts

Use of the site and ordering of planning services constitutes acceptance of the Public Offer (Terms of Service) and the Privacy Policy published on this site. Before concluding a distance contract, full information on the services, prices in UAH for consumers in Ukraine, and the right of withdrawal/return is provided, and confirmation of the contract is delivered, per the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII (2023 edition), Articles 15 and 21.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for travel products are quoted in UAH for consumers in Ukraine unless another currency is agreed. Supplier prices, taxes and exchange rates may change until full payment is received; confirmed bookings are subject to the price stated in the confirmation.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Changes

Cancellation and change conditions are determined by the applicable supplier tariffs and communicated before booking. Refunds are processed after the supplier confirms the refund amount, within the terms set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Service fees for planning work may be non-refundable where the service has already been rendered.

6. Liability

As an agent, synaptixworld.com is liable only for the proper performance of intermediary services. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, insolvency or delays of suppliers, nor for force majeure events. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII.

7. Advertising Claims

All descriptions of travel packages and planning services are substantiated and non-misleading in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" dated 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR, Articles 4, 7 and 8.

8. Language

This page is provided in English for foreign-facing users. Where services target residents of Ukraine, the statutory Ukrainian-language version of offers and contracts is available, per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language" dated 25.04.2019 No. 2704-IX, Articles 30 and 35.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
