When you submit a travel-planner request we collect: your name, email address, phone number, family/companion details you choose to share, travel preferences (destinations, dates, budget), and technical identifiers such as cookies and IP address.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process personal data to prepare and provide personalized travel plans, to share your request with tour operators and travel agents registered under the Law of Ukraine «Про туризм» від 15.09.2003 № 1281-IV, статті 8, 20, to communicate with you, and to improve our services. Processing is based on your consent (статті 6, 7, 8 of Law № 2297-VI), which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing of Data

Your request details may be shared with tour operators and agents solely to prepare offers for you. We do not sell your data. Service providers (hosting, email) process data on our instructions.

We use cookies and similar identifiers to operate the site and measure traffic.
